marketing and other related businesses of its three branch
companies (Miannin County Tianda Company, Miannin County
Feitian Industry Co., Ltd. and Miannin County Feitian
Metals Co., Ltd.)
Stockholders---Miannin Tianda Company,
located at Miannin County that is the second biggest rare
earth producing area, was founded in Apr. 1993. |

The company has rare earth
mines at many places, as Maoniuping, Nanhe and Lizhuang
ect., whose rare earth and fluorite mines can be mined
for more than 50 years. The four mine-separating factories
can collect TREO 50% rare earth bastnasile more than 10,000
tons per year,20 km from XiChang satellite launching base.
Stockholder---Minanin Feitian Industry
Co., Ltd. Less than 1km away from the railway station
and about 35km away from Xichang Airport, was established
in Nov. 2000, specializing in producing cerium oxide.
RE Polishing powder.Low-cerium La-rich RE Chloride and
Mixed RE Chloride etc. The company¡¯s rare earth separation
line is put into use from April. 2001, and can handle
TREO 50% rare earth bastnasile about 8000 tons per year.
Stockholder---Miannin Feitian Metal
Co., Ltd., 3km away from Miannin Raiway Station,
was founded in Jun. 2002. The company can produce RE Silicon
Mischmetal and RE Ferrosilicomagnesium 6000 tons and Mischmetal
more than 1000 tons per year.
